This role is eligible for an annual 10% bonus based on performance.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement inventory controls, policies, and systems to maintain accurate financial inventory information and data integrity throughout the warehouse
Analyze inventory data and trends to recommend solutions, coordinate with departments to reduce shrinkage, and ensure effective cycle count practices with the Distribution Center Operations team and Finance
Supervise and develop the Inventory Control Team to ensure inventory accuracy above 99.0% and effective inventory management practices
Oversee and optimize cycle counting, location auditing, and inventory control processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinate with departments such as logistics, quality assurance, and customer service to resolve inventory issues and improve operations
Analyze inventory data to develop action plans for reducing defects and discrepancies, and implement new systems and processes as needed
Train staff on best practices, maintain accurate documentation, and lead initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
