The Company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Immunology and Pharmacology to play a critical role in our mission to revolutionize drug discovery. As a key driver in the development of groundbreaking medicines, you will focus on immunology and biomarker development while leading our translational immunology strategy across preclinical and clinical programs. In this pivotal role, you will act as a scientific bridge between discovery and clinical development teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative and robust translational approaches.
Your leadership and mentorship will empower a team of dedicated scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration. You will be a trusted partner to the executive leadership, helping to shape our strategic direction. To excel in this role, you should hold a PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent in immunology, pharmacology, or a related life sciences discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of translational science experience in biotechnology or large pharmaceutical settings.
A proven track record in developing and executing successful biomarker and translational plans is essential, as is your leadership experience in managing teams effectively.
