We are a growing company and would love for you to grow with us.SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONSOperation of automatic saw.Load 4' bars into bar feedersUnload steel trucksLoad salt in RO system.Collect and report production data using computer equipment.Packaging parts.Cleaning and deburring parts.Cleaning of CNC'sGarbage RemovalMake BoxesEmpty Chip BinsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Other General Duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSGeneral Saw OperationForklift OperationOperating Floor ScrubberUnloading, measuring, and counting steel barsVisual Inspection of Deburred PartsAbility to use measuring and inspections tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.Ability to read blueprints, part prints.LANGUAGE SKILLSComprehend, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:2 years of experience in manufacturing environment with responsibility preferred or any combination of education, training and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages. Ability to convert fractions in increments of 1/16 and convert to decimal number.
