Job Title - Administrative Assistant Location - Grand Junction CO 81505 Duration - 12 Months Contract Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative assistance, including organizing and coordinating daily office functions.
- Greet clients and visitors, managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring effective communication with clients and staff.
- Assist staff with client-related support tasks and provide guidance on client assistant skills.
- Enter service requests into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Complete daily check deposits and generate necessary reports.
- Maintain filing systems, schedule appointments, and handle other office administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow established procedures and escalate issues or questions to your supervisor as necessary.
- Regularly interact with client personnel to provide basic information and support.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 6 months of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and standard software tools.
Preferred Skills: - Prior experience in greeting clients, telephone receptionist duties, and general office assistant functions.
