Job Description Case ManagerOnsiteDirect HireM-F 7:30am-3:00pm Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join a great non-profit organization. This role involves working closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring that program goals are met and that participants receive the support they need to succeed. Responsibilities: Consult with program participants through the ISP process. Develop daily, weekly, and yearly curriculum. Assure program goals are met annually. Work directly with and supervise individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provide daily training and instruction for achieving participant goals and objectives. Deliver direct care services to individuals. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in direct training of developmentally disabled adults Minimum AA degree First Aid and CPR Certified Strong advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities Must be able to pass pre-hire requirements including drug screen and backgroundRequirments Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Able to speak a second language is helpful Computer proficient in MS Office Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:00pm Compensation: Salary range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
