Shift Details:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday

• Potential for 2 evening shifts per week

• Flexibility to work 7.5-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Sites:

• outpatient clinics

• Candidate will float between both locations

Role Overview:

• Provides occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting

• Evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Coordinates care and maintains proper documentation

Requirements:

• NY State Occupational Therapist (OTR) license

• BLS certification

• Outpatient OT experience required
