Location: Hopewell Junction, NY

Pay: $25.00 $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team and support operations across two sites. This role is responsible for inventory management, material receiving, and stockroom accuracy, with additional support for shipping as needed.

Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:

Perform inventory management for both sites, ensuring stockroom accuracy of 98% or better

Receive goods, process material through the ERP system, and manage timely distribution of materials

Support shipping functions as backup when required

Maintain inventory control documentation, procedures, and compliance records

Monitor and report progress to Buyer/Planner regarding assignments, department goals, and inventory accuracy

Lead annual physical inventory for assigned sites

Ensure stockroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

Travel between sites as required to support operations

Inventory Specialist Qualifications:

Prior experience in inventory control, stockroom, or materials management required

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control procedures

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Ability to lift, move, and manage stockroom equipment and supplies

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to travel between sites as needed
