Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls, as well as handling bookkeeping tasks for the company.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize service calls from customers
- Dispatch technicians to service locations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules
- Handle invoicing and billing for services rendered
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dispatching or bookkeeping preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
