The Director Sales Effectiveness (DSE) defines the Customer Relationship Management strategy and, oversees the tools, processes, and support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include territory planning/management strategy, B2B Ecommerce, account management process, Customer data management strategy, planning, reporting, , sales process optimization, sales tools training, sales program implementation, pricing implementation and administration. This leader will identify opportunities and provide recommendations to Sr Leadership to drive sales productivity and improve member experience. This role will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization are supported. They will serve as the primary stakeholder (product owner) for sales productivity tools such as CRM, customer, and sales Analytics, and all sales team productivity tools. Responsibilities: Define the strategy and oversees the support functions essential to Customer Relationship Management Strategy Serve as the business lead for B2B Ecommerce solutions Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to Sr Leadership to drive sales productivity. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization are supported. Serve as the primary stakeholder for sales productivity tools such as CRM, customer and sales Analytics. Lead and develop a team that will deliver results Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 10 Years of Experience in B2B sales or sales support experience, strong business acumen, strong technical acumen with sales productivity tools including Salesforce. com, leading a sales or sales support team In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
