Senior Director of Engineering: The Impact You'll Have On The Organization and World
- In this role, you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, driving engineering excellence across 11 chemical manufacturing sites in North America.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Here are your primary responsibilities:
- Lead and align engineering strategy across all sites, ensuring consistency in standards, performance metrics, and project execution.
- Oversee capital project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance, reliability, and process engineering through data-driven decision-making and best practices.
- Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Supply Chain, and other functions to support safe and efficient plant operations.
- Develop and mentor engineering leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
