As our Director, Strategic Initiatives - R37, you will help lead R1's AI and technology transformation. Every day you will drive cross-functional initiatives and engage with key stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, the R37 team, Commercial teams, clients, and leadership across the broader R1 organization. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication, first principles problem solving, and proactive leadership.
We are seeking a strong strategic leader who can bridge business and technical teams to shape the direction of the R37 program and accelerate impact across the organization.
