Overview
Senior leader role in Mondelēz International's Transformation Office, overseeing end-to-end operations of transformation initiatives. Drive project excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure stakeholder alignment across AI, data, and analytics-driven programs within US Sales & Planning.
How You Will Contribute
- Act as the primary senior-level contact with leadership throughout the transformation, working closely with the TO Sponsor.
- Set up governance to ensure stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making toward the overall transformation strategy.
- Drive project management and ensure end-to-end delivery of key objectives across various transformation initiatives.
- Lead and support Initiative Owners to build implementation playbooks and track progress.
- Coordinate interdependencies and support Initiative and Product owners to overcome risks and roadblocks.
- Drive agenda for governance meetings with leadership and critical stakeholders, preparing documentation on crucial insights and strategy.

- Basic understanding of visualizing data through Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of the consumer goods industry or similar industries.
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Job Specific Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably leading large transformational, cross-functional teams in Data, Analytics, or AI contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strategic vision to overcome operational roadblocks and drive transformation.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills to inspire teams and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., ceremonies, writing user stories).
- Proficiency in building robust financial models in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in deriving and presenting business insights in PowerPoint.
- Experience with PMO tools like Microsoft Planner to manage teams.
Salary & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $297,500, with eligibility for a bonus program and long-term incentive based on performance and company results. Benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, and paid holidays and vacation. Some benefits require eligibility; many are subsidized or fully paid.
