Overview

Senior leader directing a team of creatives in designing and translating licensed IP into new products to meet client demand. This is not a marketing role. Based in Cincinnati with work across the USA and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a talented group of creatives; collaborate with leadership and brand creatives.
• Take complicated licensed IP and translate it into new product concepts and executions.
• Drive process improvements, including reorganizing teams and design workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus.
• Experience leading others and partnering with leadership and brand creatives.
