This role focuses on developing dashboards, models, and tools to understand product, operational and client performance to influence business strategies through effective data visualization and storytelling. You will work closely with Product Managers, Operators and Engineers, identify opportunities to track critical data, uncover insights, and execute the analytics roadmap. You will synthesize large datasets, identify inefficiencies or losses, and recommend actionable improvements. The role requires a mix of analytics/BI proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.
The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$173,000—$217,000 USD
