OverviewWe seek a senior Director (potential Managing Director) to lead our US Index Option business within the Equity Derivatives Trading team. The candidate should have over 5 years of sell side experience managing a US index option book, with a proven record of success. Candidates will have demonstrated leadership/management capabilities and be driven by the opportunity to build a business. Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Flow Derivatives, this role provides the opportunity for a growth focused individual to join an experienced team of derivative professionals and have key responsibility to shape a growing Index Options business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBase Salary: Director - $275,000 USD; Managing Director - $375,000 USD. Salary type: Salaried.
