Summary Bering Global Solutions, LLC, a company within the BSNC family, is currently seeking a full-time Program Alignment and Site Optimization (PASO) Manager for day-to-day operations of a human performance (HP) program supporting Air Force pilot training at Randolph AFB, TX. This work will incorporate job-specific conditioning, cutting-edge HP technology, and easy-access prehab & rehab physical therapy. The PASO Manager ensures alignment of Human Performance Optimization (HPO) policies and procedures across Cognitive, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition curriculum within the Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program. This role supports quality assurance, instructor development, curriculum consistency, and cross-site standardization to optimize Air Force Human Performance training delivery. The PASO will work closely with program leadership, site personnel, and instructors to provide feedback, identify improvement strategies, facilitate collaboration, and generate buy-in across units. Applicants will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct annual site visits at each CRAFT location using the PASO Checklist; submit written findings and recommendations. - Provide timely notification of site visits and coordinate with Site Leads, Project Managers, and CRAFT leadership. - Observe and evaluate CRAFT instructors and staff during syllabus delivery and assessments; provide real-time and follow-up feedback. - Monitor adherence to Aircrew Conditioning Program Assessment (ACPA) protocols. - Observe PT Cognitive training sessions and provide instructional feedback. - Collaborate with sites to identify curriculum challenges and recommend strategies to increase utilization, instructor effectiveness, and unit buy-in. - Facilitate cross-site collaboration to promote resource sharing, best practices, and program standardization. - Coordinate follow-up support needs with CRAFT subject matter experts. - Support development, updates, and publication of PASO tools, including checklists and rubrics. - Assist with onboarding and the Instructor Qualification Course as needed. - Provide SME guidance to the Program Office regarding program alignment and implementation fidelity. - Submit site visit reports and escalate critical issues as necessary. - Participate in Program Office calls, leadership sync meetings, annual summits, trainings, and distinguished visitor events. - Provide in-person and virtual support to both existing and prospective CRAFT locations. - Comply with all training, conduct, reporting, and policy requirements. - Maintain accurate personal training/licensure records for government inspection. QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Required: - Master's degree in a human performance specialty (exercise science, health science, cognitive performance, nutrition, etc.). - Minimum 10 years of combined experience in the tactical human performance field. - Experience with curriculum evaluation, instructor development, and performance program alignment. - U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance (Tier 1 / Secret). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Preferred: - Experience working with the Air Force or other military human performance programs. - Experience conducting site visits, evaluations, or quality assurance assessments. - Familiarity with CRAFT, AETC, or comparable training environments. NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires the ability to travel frequently, observe training sessions, and conduct site evaluations. Work may involve standing, sitting, walking, and light physical activity during observation of training. DOT COVERED/SAFETY-SENSITIVE ROLE REQUIREMENTS This position is not subject to federal DOT safety-sensitive requirements. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work performed in office and training environments. Travel required to Air Force training sites and occasional virtual engagements. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS - Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. - Must be able to access military installations.
