Ideal candidates will possess the spirit of leading with a servant's heart. Full-Time position 7 hours/day 5 days/week 188 days/year Start Date August 11, 2025 Certifications Licensed social worker Degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, education or other related fields preferred. Responsibilities Assist staff in defining and measuring behavior; understanding principles of reinforcement; teaching new behavior; implementing strategies for decreasing behavior; and identifying antecedents Develops intervention strategies that produce tangible evidence-based benefits within specified time-frames. Provide social skill intervention to students in a direct service model. Communicates regularly with school administrators and with community agencies/partners.
