Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who will oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of front office operations. This role includes training and onboarding new front desk teammates and partners with regional and clinical directors to ensure maximum patient satisfaction and adherence to company standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and lead virtual front office new hire training and onboarding on a regular basis.
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and achieve company goals and best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging onboarding programs to promote retention, comprehension, and engagement.
  • Incorporate updated workflows into the training and onboarding materials seamlessly.
  • Create clear and accessible documentation for company-wide policies and workflows.
  • Monitor and manage clinic's front office performance using KPIs, reporting, and auditing.
  • Collaborate with directors to improve front office revenue cycle and implement optimization strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with front office operational procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of teaching and training methodologies and tools.
  • High-level understanding of front office operations, preferably in physical therapy outpatient settings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMR, and other technical software.
  • Exceptional engagement and public speaking skills.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to create and document standard company policies and workflows.
Additional Requirements
  • Possess a high-level understanding of front office operations.
