Overview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking a Sandblaster for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. We are looking for reliable candidates who work well in an isolated environment and have surface preparation knowledge. What We Offer: • Competitive starting pay between $21.56-$24.64 per hour A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pm • Pension Plan • 100% Employer Paid Insurance Premium Options for medical and dental • Employer Paid Protective Equipment & Consumables • Eight (8) paid holidays • Sick Leave & Vacation General Expectations and Responsibilities: • Obtain proper supplies to perform the work according to project requirements. • Perform steel preparation to ensure cleanliness of the pieces to be painted according to coating instructions. • Maintain workspace cleanliness and safety. • Informs the Foreman of any problems, defects, corrections required, or non-conformities. • Respect project requirements and applicable standards. • Optimize resources used and minimize media losses. • Maintain equipment and operate per instructions. • Accurately fill out essential paperwork. • Ability to obtain ADF overhead crane and forklift certifications. • All other related tasks and duties. Education, Training, or Work Experience • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency. • Reliable with the ability to work in an isolated environment for the duration of a work shift. • Ability to work autonomously. • The ability to physically handle the sandblast equipment for stretches of time no less than 3 hours. Knowledge: • Sandblast experience and industrial coatings knowledge as it pertains to surface preparation Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel for varying lengths of time.
• Ability to use hand and power tools as needed.
• Ability to fully articulate shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist.
• Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to work in various conditions (loud, hot, dusty, cold, etc.).
• Able to ascend/descend ladders as needed.
