Head of US Federal, Aerospace, and Defense for Digital Industries
Siemens is looking for a Head of Federal, Aerospace and Defense for their Digital Industries sectors. The Head of US Federal, Aerospace, and Defense (FA&D) for Digital Industries is responsible for the development and implementation of Siemens' strategic initiatives within the U.S. Federal Agencies, Aerospace, and Defense sectors, leading to the achievement of profit, growth, customer, and employee satisfaction goals. This role requires an adaptive leadership style to engage with teams and stakeholders, creating a culture of trust and belonging by making people development, collaboration, and diversity an absolute priority.

Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is 156,450 - 268,200 annually with a target incentive of 46% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
