Material Handler

We're seeking a Material Handler to work at a premier client in Hyde Park, UT. Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery to customers. Receive materials and finished goods, verifying quality, type, and amount with proper documentation. Operate safely in a warehouse environment under various temperatures, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room. Utilize distribution equipment effectively and complete required training.

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with logistics experience in a life science company preferred
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions accurately and meet schedules
  • Skilled in operating powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights
  • Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software
  • Able to stand, reach, and lift up to 25lbs consistently, and occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50lbs
  • May handle packaged hazardous materials
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high
  • Available to work any shift, flexible with schedules, hours, and overtime as needed
