We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Services Associate to join our multi-specialty team. In this role, you will follow established processes and protocols while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service and help achieve our clinical and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register patients promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communicate effectively with the care team to keep patients informed about their appointments.
  • Handle payments from patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Verify patient insurance information and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments as needed.
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to continually improve service delivery.
  • Support a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and respect.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including working on multiple web browsers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
