We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time evening positions. Candidates must be a NJ Certified Nursing Assistant or a Certified Home Health Aide. Enjoy free employee meals and special pay rates for weekend and evening shifts. Come in for an on-the-spot interview!

Sign-On Bonuses:

  • $1,500 for Part-Time
  • $2,500 for Full-Time (paid after 3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a professional nurse, ensuring that care reflects our organization's high standards.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance while promoting independence.
  • Document care delivery accurately in resident clinical records and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, responding promptly to resident requests for help.
  • Communicate changes in resident status to nursing staff quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Completion of a 75-hour home health aide curriculum is required.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Potential exposure to communicable diseases and various work hazards.
