Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Services Specialist located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Career Services Specialist will be responsible for providing career counseling, developing job search strategies, preparing students for interviews, and supporting their career development. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one career advising sessions, organizing career workshops, collaborating with faculty, and maintaining relationships with employers. Coordinating two job fairs for students each year Qualifications

• Skills in Career Services and Career Counseling
• Proficiency in Job Search Strategies and Career Development
• Experience in Interview Preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a higher education setting is a plus
