Field Supervisory Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to ensure the quality of care provided by caregivers meets company standards. Evaluate caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback and support as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the clients' care to ensure continuity and quality of services. Medical Assessments for New Clients: Perform comprehensive medical assessments for new clients to determine their healthcare needs and develop personalized care plans. Communicate assessment findings and care plans effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including caregivers, clients, and their families. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client assessments, supervisory visits, and training sessions.
