A well-established machining company in Staples, MN, is looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. Hours & Pay Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (36 hours paid as 40) Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience Employment Type: Temp-to-hire What You'll Do Each Day Produce quality machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. Set up and operate manual machines as needed. Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to plan machining operations. Apply a basic understanding of GD&T to ensure accuracy and precision. Program mills, lathes, and/or ED - Ms; set tool registers, offsets, and reference points.
