Overview

Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Affordable Housing) at Oak Ridge Legal Search in Boston, MA. Am Law 200 firm seeking an associate to join their Affordable Housing team in the Real Estate & Development Practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, and public and private financing transactions.
• Review title and survey, draft acquisition documents, and review a variety of loan documents.
• Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience representing developers in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing loan documents.
• Prior law firm experience required.
• Admission to the MA bar is required.
• Graduation from law school and practice experience required.
