Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the three managers (including one consultant) to ensure all duties are clearly defined and executed. (team of 18 FTE and 6 contractors)
• Oversee main financial activities, including salary rollover processes.
• Support the annual setup of grants and assist in reallocating grants to other projects during peak seasons.
• Manage and track approximately 300 funds, ensuring accurate updates and reporting.
• Prepare and submit Financial Reconciliation Reports (FRR) in a timely manner.
• Reconcile funds and ensure accuracy across financial records.
• Perform grant conversion clean-up activities to maintain data integrity.
• Inactivate funds as required to prevent incorrect transfers into Workday.
• Monitor team progress and ensure critical deadlines are met
• Ensure the finance team has well-documented processes for grant and fund management

Requirements

• 6+ years of grants management experience (ideally managing a team of at least 10)
• Workday experience
• Experience working with federal and non federal grants
• Ability to lead and take control
• Peoplesoft experience is nice to have
• Implementation experience is nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
