Role OverviewThe Vice President, Total Rewards is a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, responsible for designing, developing, and executing the company's global total rewards strategy to include all levels of compensation, rewards, benefits, HRIS, analytics globally. This role ensures the company's programs are unique to SharkNinja, competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
