Overview

Director, IT — Fortune Brands Innovations Group, Inc., Deerfield, IL. The role is to implement & maintain CRM/CX & SCM systems including Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS Order Management, iStore, Product Data Hub Cloud and related interfaces. Travel and telecommuting support are included; co‑headquarters are in Deerfield, IL.

• Implement & maintain CRM/CX & SCM systems including Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle EBS Order Management, iStore, Product Data Hub Cloud and related processes & interfaces.
• Lead the team responsible for day-to-day system support on Oracle or similar ERP applications, including user setup, management, and training.
• Identify, document, quantify, and implement system and process enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional business teams.
• Manage upgrades of all applications and new feature/module implementations.
• Design, develop, and deploy OTBI reports to support business requirements.
• Establish and manage key performance indicators to measure and improve processes/systems including data quality and governance.
• Travel 10%; Telecommuting 40%; location: anywhere in the U.S.; corporate headquarters in Deerfield, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent degree with 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst CRM; Sr. Manager IT; Consultant or related position.
• Facilitate business requirements discussions and create detailed business requirement and design documents (5 years).
• Maintain configurations, reports & workflows within cloud based CRM applications to align with evolving business needs (5 years).
• Implement & support Oracle cloud CRM tools like Oracle Sale Cloud, Oracle CRM On Demand, Eloqua or iStore (3 years).
• Implement & support Oracle ERP & SCM tools like Oracle EBS Order Management & Product Data Hub Cloud (5 years).
• Design integrations between cloud CRM tools including Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CRM On Demand & Oracle E-Business Suite using middleware/web services (5 years).
• Configure field & page layouts, workflows, field validations & reports in cloud CRM tools including Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CRM On Demand (5 years).

Travel & Work Arrangements

10% domestic travel required; 40% telecommuting; can live anywhere in the U.S.; corporate headquarters in Deerfield, IL.

Compensation & Benefits

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $142,000 - $218,900 USD. An employee's actual salary within the range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
