Overview
Alternative Market Director at Imperial PFS. This fully remote role focuses on growing IPFS' Hispanic market by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for Spanish-speaking customers. The position is remote; ideal location near major cities in Texas, California, Arizona, or Florida.
Responsibilities
- Identify markets and prospects within markets; research prospects and develop sales approaches to engage them.
- Contact prospects, execute the sales plan, and close new business with customers.
- Serve as the primary onboarding/integration contact for customers and manage onboarding processes to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with IPFS products and services; build long-lasting partnerships.
- Assist other sales engineers across the US in driving market share and revenue with Hispanic and bilingual customers.
- Report results versus plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis according to reporting guidelines.
Required Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal, required.
- 7+ years of progressive sales and business development experience with proven revenue growth.
- Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in competitive markets.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience managing customer onboarding, integration, and relationship development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of Hispanic/bilingual market segments and customer needs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience tracking performance against goals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or premium financing.
- Established network within Hispanic and bilingual business communities.
- Background in developing multicultural or multilingual marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with API integrations, digital platforms, and technology-driven sales solutions.
- Experience leading market expansion or new division development.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
Education Qualifications
College Graduate.
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 plus potential quarterly incentives. Final pay decisions will consider market data and the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications to ensure internal equity.
