Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Already trusted by some of the biggest tech companies across the US, their AI agents are resolving over a million tickets every month for a single customer, and they've just closed one of the largest Series A rounds in history. With multi-year contracts already secured across multiple industries, they're on track to power the next trillion voice interactions.

Now, they're looking for an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of their core user experiences and help shape the future of enterprise AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Frontend: Lead the development of scalable, elegant, and maintainable user interfaces that enterprise customers interact with daily.
• Craft Seamless UX: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces designed for demanding enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with product, design, and backend engineers to turn ambitious ideas into polished releases.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Influence architectural decisions and set standards for frontend best practices.
• Ship with Impact: Take projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, with full ownership of outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 5–7+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale design systems in collaboration with designers.
• A product-driven mindset with a strong eye for design and user experience.
• Entrepreneurial background, experience in early-stage start-ups or as a founder is highly valued.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier program.
• Thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments.

Bonus Points:

• Experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
• Passion for conversational or agentic AI.
• Prior exposure to high-growth, 0→1 product environments.
