Our Client, a Large Commercial Real Estate Firm located in the Greater Boston area, is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Director of Leasing to be an integral part of their team and help expand and grow their retail business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required and 7+ years of relevant experience in Leasing and Retail Construction/Real Estate Development
• Experience with structuring and documenting deals, seeking out new business and retaining/renewing leases of current clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of growing business, tenant acquisition and tenant retention
• Ability and willingness to cold call and canvas to hunt new business
• Strong Technical Skills, ideally experience with Yardi
• Strong Negotiating and Closing skills
