Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Light Manufacturing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products. This position offers opportunities for career advancement within our company.

Reports to: Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Take personal ownership to work safely every day and hold other team members to the same high standards of safety
• Fix unsafe conditions and report them immediately to supervisor
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Participate in Process Teams, supporting the Team's goals for each area of expectation on your shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Operate a computer or other keyboard instruments
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated to work; independently and meet targets
• Must have to ability to do basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to read a metric tape measure is a plus
