Who You Are:

Your Responsibilities:

• Work safely and professionally while handling flat glass products.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Transport glass from various locations, including tables, furnaces, delivery trucks, and wood crates for long periods each day.
• Move materials throughout the production process to expedite operations.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and inform the supervisor promptly of any issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and clutter-free work areas.
• Work together as a team to share knowledge, ideas, and train fellow members to deliver top-quality products to our customers.
• Utilize good judgment and reasoning to solve practical problems.

Skills Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and labor standards relevant to your responsibilities.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Competent in using a tape measure and matching labels to the correct glass items.
• Must regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work in noisy environments and varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to bend, crouch, kneel, stand, sit, lift, push, and pull repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Steel toe boots are required (not provided by the company).
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements such as physical exams, drug screening, weight lift tests, and a criminal background check is essential for all positions.
