We are excited to welcome a skilled and passionate Food Service Team Leader to our corrections team. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to play a significant part in the nutrition and well-being of those we serve by overseeing the preparation and delivery of nutritious meals.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team in the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, ensuring adherence to company recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Upholding the highest standards of meal quality and presentation.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Proven experience in supervising a team in a food service environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of food service operations.

Nice-to-haves:

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler's certification.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
