Meet our US Team Job SummaryINTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. The Quality Inspector II is a senior-level Quality Inspector position that will perform various tasks in Quality Control.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of molded consumables to ensure compliance with quality standardsPerform in-process and final inspections in a cleanroom environment, including label verificationExecute first article inspections and document results accuratelyMaintain and update Quality Control documentation, including inspection records and nonconformance reportsTrain and mentor Quality Control inspectors to ensure consistent inspection practicesAddress and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective mannerSupport the development and maintenance of inspection plans and quality documentationAssist in the investigation and disposition of nonconforming material (MRB)Contribute to Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement initiativesRepresent the Quality Control team in daily stand-up meetings and cross-functional discussionsProvide support for additional QC and production tasks as neededCollaborate with Engineering to support quality inspection requirements and initiativesQualifications and RequirementsProficient in dimensional inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and Micro-Vu systemsMinimum two (2) years of relevant industry experienceExperienced in managing multiple priorities across cross-functional departmentsHands-on experience in quality control laboratory environmentsStrong manual dexterity and fine motor skillsProficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn proprietary systemsEffective written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills for collaborative team environmentsKnowledgeable in ISO quality standards and complianceHigh School Diploma or equivalentBenefitsINTEGRA strongly believes in work-life balance, and we offer 4 weeks of PTO and 10 holidays per year.
