What You'll Do
Develop, coach and travel with each of your team members to enhance sales skills that grows their book of business and maximizes their sales opportunities
Recruit and train new members on your team, while providing leadership and encouraging high morale within your region
Monitor, review and evaluate your team's development
Manage expenses within your territory
Maintain state licensing and engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge and sales skills
Assist your team with software programs and systems used in our sales process
Prepare reports relating to production, loss ratios, etc.
What it Takes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of related work experience, preferably leading a sales team
Strong sales, communication and relationship building skills
A self-disciplined individual that can thrive in a remote work environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communicate effectively both written and verbal, and remain organized
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license and able to meet travel requirements
Required to have primary residence within your sales region
Based on qualifications and experience, the starting base salary range is $102,235 - $140,530. Dependent on new and renewal business generated from the team by the territories in your region, this role may earn additional estimated annual income between $68,643 and $123,643 through incentives.
