Your Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
- Develop and implement tailored care plans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and complete
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an accredited program
- Certification from the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
