Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL limitations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory standards
- Ensure timely updates of all required physician orders
Qualifications:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an accredited AOTA program
- Current NBCOT certification as an OTR, if mandated by your state
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in your practicing state
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
