Receptionist
Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing front-office duties, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring efficient operation of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Process patient registrations, payments, and medical records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle medical correspondence and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
