Job Details

We are looking for a Permanent Electrical Superintendent to join our Engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of all electrical systems within our organization. This is a fantastic chance to work with a team of dedicated professionals and make a significant contribution to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of the electrical department, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine the electrical needs for various projects and oversee the installation of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, implementing safety measures and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Train, supervise, and mentor electrical workers and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports detailing all electrical maintenance and repair work.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and introduce new technology and methods when beneficial.
