Glens Falls Center is hiring an AR/Medicaid Coordinator in Glens Falls, NY.DUTIES:Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligationsGather and submit Medicaid documentation to the Medicaid agencies and see the cases through to approvalInputting of census information into billing and clinical softwareCollection of private and income monies owed to the facilityAssist with the insurance authorization processDistribute resident fundsEnsure that all admission agreements are signedOther duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO processes is a plusHigh comfort level to meet with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligationsMust be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft OfficeShould be highly detailed and organizedAbout us:Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located on the border of Warren and Washington Counties.
