Base pay range

$82,700.00/yr - $108,600.00/yr

Your impact

We are not just building and engineering facilities; we are helping our clients innovate and grow by designing, engineering, and executing their projects. We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Engineer to collaborate with our team, guide project delivery in Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas, and ensure project success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery, including contract development, oversight of consultants and contractors, construction activities, and mentoring project engineers.
  • Support client service and sales efforts to secure new work by developing solutions and strengthening relationships.
  • Manage teams throughout project phases to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership with integrity, supporting Jacobs' culture of caring.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years managing water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in wastewater, water, operations, maintenance consulting, or related services.
  • Knowledge of project delivery tools, metrics, and leading project teams successfully.
  • Excellent communication, self-motivation, collaboration, data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Project management, staff management, and business development experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years in water or wastewater infrastructure design.
  • Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain one.
