- Collaborate with management to create balanced schedules and maintain position control.
- Manage databases related to agency staff and the Texas Float Pool.
- Serve as a resource for scheduling and payroll systems for staff and leadership.

*Qualifications*
- High School Diploma/GED.
- At least 3 years of experience in clerical, staffing, or patient placement; inpatient staffing experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and skills to provide patient care.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
