The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. The role requires proactive thinking, maintaining guest security, and creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

• Counting cash and maintaining the accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Checking the front desk log for issues or special requests.
• Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
• Processing guest registrations and payments.
• Preparing express checkout folios.
• Maintaining room status inventory.
• Communicating shift information to relevant staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms.
• Ensuring smooth shift transitions by relaying pertinent information.
• Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Answering inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Completing shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
