The Opportunity

Were searching for a Director of Construction to oversee every phase of constructionfrom land clearing and foundation work to final finisheson new ground-up builds. Youll play a key role in managing schedules, budgets, permits, subcontractors, and quality standards across complex projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting
• Supervise daily field operations and conduct regular site inspections
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, quality, and timelines
• Provide project updates to leadership and liaise directly with clients
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across all teams
• Drive project cost tracking, forecasting, and lien waiver oversight
• Ensure all permits and inspections are properly handled
• Mentor and manage construction staff and subcontractors

What Were Looking For

• Ability to lead field teams and work cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and senior leadership
• Strong project management, financial oversight, and communication skills
• Experience in retrofits or design-build environments is a plus
• A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment
