Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Technician I to join their team. As a Production Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production Technician ILocation: Athens, GAPay Range: $16.00 per hourShift: 2What's the Job? Responsible for the production and assembly of remanufactured and original equipment clutches and associated components. Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any variances in quality, safety, or other guidelines to your cell leader or management. Participate in lean activities such as 5S, kan-ban systems, and standardized work. Maintain production records and complete daily tasks in compliance with work standards.What's Needed? 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and perform various physical tasks. General knowledge of clutch production techniques and technologies is preferred.
