Job Title: Material Handlers Pay Rate: $15/hr Location: Frankfort, IndianaAbout the Role We're looking for reliable Material Handlers to join our team in Frankfort. In this role, you'll help keep production moving by assembling materials, loading products, and keeping the work area clean and organized. If you like working on your feet, being part of a supportive team, and seeing the results of your work each day, this is a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do
- Fold and assemble corrugate materials for packaging
- Hand-load products into displays and wrap pallets
- Assist with clean-up and general warehouse duties
- Rotate positions every two hours to reduce ergonomic strain
- Occasionally lift and place trays of canned product onto pallets (typically under 30 lbs; most materials under 10 lbs)
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work well with others
- Willingness to follow direction and work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a clean 7-year criminal background check
- Spanish speakers are welcome
