On behalf of our sister company, Notions Marketing is seeking an experienced Digital Content Coordinator to manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and digital catalogs. In this hybrid role, you'll focus on building a competitive online catalog through accurate listings, strong SEO, strategic ad campaigns, and top-quality content. Your mission will be to ensure every product listing is accurate, compelling, and optimized-driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and setting us apart from the competition. The biggest challenge you'll tackle? Building a best-in-class online catalog in a competitive marketplace. Attention to listings, SEO, ad campaigns, content quality, and data accuracy will be key to overcoming this challenge and winning in the digital space. What You'll Do:
- Upload, update, and maintain product information - descriptions, images, prices, and attributes - across online platforms or branded DTC sites.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO-friendly content.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and identify opportunities to increase digital penetration.
What We're Looking For:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems or related experience.
- 2+ years experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems or digital merchandising.
- Experience managing product content for online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus or eBay.
